| Returns and defective products | If the product is defective, such as data being corrupted, we will exchange it. Due to the nature of information as a product, we do not generally accept returns or refunds, but if there is a money-back guarantee on the sales page, this will take priority. For seminars and courses, we cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons after the application has been completed. ◎How to handle the cancellation of a seminar If the seminar is cancelled due to the organizer’s circumstances, it will be rescheduled. |
